Initial Consultation

One virtual or in-person appointment to meet one another, answer basic questions, and discuss birth goals/expectations

Prenatal appointments to create a birth plan that meets your vision and discuss preparations for birth

Unlimited text and call support before your delivery date

Assistance with locating and obtaining community resources and referrals

Continuous labor support starting when you request me to join through delivery and sometime after

One postpartum visit to check in on recovery, feeding, etc.
